Mr. Siddharth D'Souza, the director of Ochiba Consultancy, is a multifaceted entrepreneur and Nishikigoi expert with deep roots in the koi industry, cultivated through extensive experience in Indonesia and Japan. His expertise is recognized globally, with multiple prestigious awards at the IJKS Japan, including two bronze medals and the Best in Country award, alongside numerous accolades from the Indonesia Koi Show. These achievements underscore his dedication and mastery in the field.

Siddharth’s contributions extend beyond accolades. He has successfully executed dozens of commercial koi pond projects, showcasing his expertise in design, civil landscaping, and managing the intricate details of premium projects. His relentless pursuit of excellence is a hallmark of his work, ensuring that every project he undertakes is completed to the highest standards.

With an interest in koi for over 12 years, Siddharth personally manages three koi ponds totaling 40,000 litres. His passion for Nishikigoi is further reflected in the educational content he creates on YouTube, where he shares comprehensive insights into all aspects of koi keeping.

Before venturing into the koi industry, Siddharth was a motorcycle designer and engineer, founding Nomad Motorcycles in Pune. His engineering prowess and creative vision led to the development of unique, high-performance motorcycles. This innovative spirit extends to his current endeavors in the koi industry.

An adventurer at heart, Siddharth is also a certified whitewater rafting guide and an avid mountaineer, pursuits that highlight his love for the outdoors and his drive to tackle challenges. His deep connections with Maruhiro San, his Sensei, and Matsuda Koi Farm, his partners in Japan, further enrich his expertise.
